Canon XSi Guide & FAQ

Introduction

This guide is for three types of SLR users:

1) a prospective customer; unsure of what to buy and what the benefits of a digital SLR might bring them over a point and shoot.  This guide also serves to demonstrate the ease of use and also the complexity involved in mastering a digital SLR.

2) a recent first time SLR purchaser; someone who has read the manual and camera reviews but didnt necessarily pick up on all the overwhelming features and terms.  An easy to understand guide for the beginner.

3) someone who has an SLR but wants to elevate their skills and results to the next level.  Someone who has had their slr for awhile, or owned others in the past, but always felt they could achieve better results then what they ended up with.  I’ll explain techniques that will have you revisiting old photos and finding new perfection in them.
